How It Works

Getting started is simple. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you register to the moment you begin your Arabic journey.

Tell us your name, WhatsApp number, email, and which program interests you. If you received a Gift of Arabic from one of our students, enter your Gift Code. That is all we need for now.

We Confirm Your Spot

A member of our team will reach out via WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm your placement, share your class schedule options, and answer any questions you have before you begin.

Choose Your Time Slot

We will share available class times based on confirmed teacher availability between Monday and Friday. You choose what works best for your schedule. Once your slot is confirmed, your seat is reserved.

Classes Begin March 30th, In shaa Allah

Join your first live session on Zoom. Meet your teacher and your classmates. Experience the Academy for yourself, completely free, with no obligation to continue.

Continue Your Journey

After your free sessions, if you are ready to continue, we will send your payment details via WhatsApp. Your first paid month begins at your discounted rate. From there, you pay monthly and grow at your own pace.

Not at all. Your free sessions are yours with no strings attached. We want you to experience the Academy, meet your teacher, and feel the environment before making any financial commitment.
Classes run Monday through Friday based on confirmed teacher availability. During registration we will confirm your preferred time slot. Each class has between 5 and 8 seats.
Not necessarily. We offer programs for complete beginners as well as students with some prior experience. However, our Arabic Language program does require that you can read Arabic. If you are unsure where you belong, let us know when you register.
We encourage strong attendance because your growth is directly tied to your consistency. Students who occasionally miss a session generally find it manageable to keep up.
No. Our brothers and sisters programs are completely separate. Male students attend classes with male teachers, and female students attend classes with female teachers. Children's classes are also separate by gender.
Our Arabic language program follows Al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk, a comprehensive and widely respected curriculum for non-native Arabic speakers.
Yes. All of our teachers are able to communicate in English and will do so when needed to ensure you understand. Teachers intentionally use as much Arabic as possible during sessions.
After your free sessions, we will send you payment details via WhatsApp. Payment is collected at the beginning of each month. There are no hidden fees and no long term contracts.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. We only ask that you give it an honest effort before deciding.
All you need is a device with a stable internet connection. Classes are held live on Zoom. A laptop or tablet is preferred. A microphone is needed so your teacher can hear you. Communication is handled through WhatsApp.
